Description

Black typewriter text centers on a clean white ground, spelling out a backhanded compliment about physical appearance versus deeper character. The sparse composition and matter-of-fact sans-serif font deliver the words with deadpan precision, creating tension between the flattering first clause and the cutting conclusion. Made to order from soft micro-twill and cut by hand, insert included. Real art for the spaces you actually use, not store-shelf filler.
